Mr. Scaramucci will travel to several states in 2020 to warn voters about Trump’s verbal snake oil.
The trade war with China is not only about trade. Mr. Trump wants to make Ren Zhengfei’s life miserable by shutting down his U.S. connections. The president cost Ren more than $2 billion when he claimed Huawei spies for the Chinese government. Trump banned American companies from doing business with spies.
American tech companies took a hit when Trump told Wilbur Ross to start giving out licenses so tech companies could do business with Huawei. Tech companies can still work with Huawei on certain projects until the ban extension ends in November, according to the Washington Post.
Despite Trump’s plan to rule the tech world, Huawei showed the president what a jackass move it was to ruin the collaboration between Huawei and American companies like Google, Microsoft, and Apple.
