When Apple decides to release a new phone the entire tech world pauses and waits for details. Of course, the entire world of phone users pays close attention to which all adds up to mean that the iPhone X is going to be a big deal. The iPhone X was recently launched and it celebrates the 10th iteration of the iPhone series. Apple released the new phone and unveiled that it will have quite the hefty price tag on it as well, totaling over $1,000. The iPhone X is going to be a game changer for a lot of reasons in the Apple-focused tech world that we live in. For starters, the iPhone X will be the first iPhone to actually offer a full-screen display. The reason for Apple pulling in their first full-screen? They wanted to match up well with the Galaxy Note 8 which is getting rave reviews for its large, dynamic screen that features a 5.8in Super Retina design. Continuing on regarding the face of the iPhone X we can see that the device is made of reinforced glass which carries a IP67 certification and has wireless charging now available.
In terms of what is going on underneath the iPhone X, well, there is a lot to understand. First of all the iPhone X will be available in two different models: 64GB and 256GB. Prices start at $1,000 for the smaller model and climb accordingly with the upgrade. Inside of the iPhone X users will find that it is built on an Apple A11 chip with a special Apple GPU unit. There are two cameras, the 7MP front camera and the 12 MP dual cam. In terms of power the iPhone X is quoted at holding a charge for a full 21 hours of talk. LTE speeds are supported up to 450MBPS and the improved charging system should be welcome to minimalist Apple enthusiasts.
The iPhone X will be released on November 3rd after pre-orders are taken on October 27th. The phone will be shipped after the iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus. All three phones will be carried by ever major retailer and distributor in the Apple network.
