On Tuesday, there was a discovery by scientist investigators that AMD chips were bugged and were vulnerable to hacking. Advanced Micro Devices Inc. (AMD) is a multinational semiconductor company responsible for the industrialization of computer processors. The researchers confirmed that the defect would permit the hackers to networks and computer systems. CTS labs, which is an Israeli based firm was the research company that validated the glitches on the chips. They carefully listed about 13 hitches adding that the probability with which they could jeopardize computers networks through cyber-attacks was over the top.

Furthermore, they cited some crucial security weaknesses and pathways with which the hackers could access the networks. CTS further assured that newly manufactured processor chips were likely to be infected or susceptible to attack. The chips are used by businesses, in phones by individuals and by airplanes. In the recent past, there had been reports by Intel, where they brought to light and possible bugs on the hardware components known as Meltdown and Spectre. This was the cause of concerns and inquiries that finally led to further investigation by the CTS lab.

AMD started manufacturing its chips from a Taiwanese manufacturer from without. In a broadly scribed document, researchers said that the department of AMD responsible for security, AMD secure processor was liable. Since it is meant to secure the chips from such vindictive attacks, the unprotected chips provided a platform to put down a perilous code. This would directly affect users and customers to unrightfully spying acts which on most occasions is hard to detect. Moreover, the researchers suspect that every computer network with the AMD is in a sensitive state and has already been exposed. Once the there is an infection in the chips, they undoubtedly become a target point for the attackers.

In addition to that these people who undertake in security espionage use almost permanent and smart malware to bug the computers. It makes it very hard for the computer security solution firms to detect errors during diagnostics. It is also possible to hijack reinstallations of computer systems and also updates on computers. Following these allegations, AMD INC announced that it has decided to follow up on the research by the analysts and it was thoroughly studying the reports. They assured their clients that they would look into the matter to ensure their absolute safety and that security was a fundamental priority to them.

The security firm En Silo confirmed that AMD chips were facing far much worse risks compared to Intel chips in that the malicious code on their chips would prove more persistent and some even almost permanent. The firm advised that the most efficient way to curb the spread was to shut down any attempts of infiltration of the filth into the computer.
