There are currently over 1,200 potential employees and 70 employers using this app. You can find a job in the retail industry, call centers and numerous other injuries. The purpose of the app is to help save employers time by matching them with employers who are a good fit for the job.
Ryan Oettle is the managing director. He stated that the app has an advanced matching system. He also stated that making a video allows the person to make a powerful first impression before they even go in for the interview. Additionally, Ryan stated that this app is not a threat to traditional recruiting agencies. He believes that it will work alongside them.
The app can be downloaded from Google Play or iTunes for free. There is a small fee for employers to use this app. If you are an employee, then there are only four things that you will need to do to get the most out of this app. You will need to upload your resume.
You will then get a list of jobs that match the information on your resume. If you are interested, then you can click on the job. The employer will get in touch with you if they are interested. Employers are able to add a job and get matched with employees. They can view the video and resume before they contact the employee.
Ryan was asked about how many people were able to get a job through hire. He stated that this information is not available because they protect the users’ privacy.
