Mr. Kelly never presented the proposal to the president, according to Rohrabacher. Kelly thought granting the WikiLeaks founder a pardon would open up a legal can of worms. Mr. Assange gave the British judge in his case that evidence in order to stop his extradition. The judge agreed to hear the evidence. The U.S. wants to get its hands on Julian for spying, according to the New York Times.

World Health Organization officials gave the virus an official name once researchers discover the coronavirus and SARS viruses are from the same species of viruses. The WHO named the virus COVID-19. The virus continues to cripple China’s first-quarter economic growth.
China’s economy grew three times faster than the U.S. economy last year. China’s GDP growth was 6.1% at the end of 2019. Chinese economists claim first-quarter economic growth may only hit 4.5%. Other economists say growth could drop below 4% at the end of March.
