President Trump wants Judge Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Judge Sotomayor to recuse themselves from hearing his tax cases when they hit the Supreme Court docket in late March.

Judge Sotomayor claims the recent decision to bar immigrants from entering the country unless they speak English and have a skill the U.S. needs is proof John Roberts and the four conservatives let politics sway their decision-making process.
